San Francisco Distilling Company – San Francisco, Ca Dedicated to producing locally crafted, small-batch bourbon and gin. Young & Yonder – Healdsburg, Ca A family-owned and operated craft distillery, Young & Yonder Spirits was founded by husband and wife team Josh and Sarah Opatz. The name Young & Yonder represents Josh and Sarah’s entrepreneurial journey of leaving their careers and lives in San Francisco to move to the small town of Healdsburg to start a distillery and follow their passion of creating distilled spirits.
Sipsong Spirits – Windsor, Ca Each sip of gin sings a story. It begins in a forest or a field–an encounter of the forager and a sprig–and continues through the crafting process. At Sipsong Spirits we share nature’s story by distillation in our copper alembic stills and invite you to join us.
10th Street Distillery – San Jose, Ca Learning the old ways of making Single Malts from the masters. Seeing the traditional ways of making whiskey in America. Sonoma Distilling Co. – Rohnert Park, Ca Since its inception, the focus is on handcrafting small batch-produced whiskey, from grain-to-glass, using old-school style stills to create whiskeys that are authentic and unpretentious, steeped in traditional values, but fueled by the evolved needs of the modern palate.
Elk Fence – Santa Rosa, Ca Santa Rosa’s first and only distillery. Scott Woodson and Gail Coppinger have been in production for about 2 years, distilling Vodka, Botanical Gin, and Single Malt Whiskey. All grain-based, we use local ingredients in our mash and botanical bill whenever possible and take pride in our delicious clean spirits that are distilled and bottled at the Santa Rosa distillery.
Moylan‘s Distillery and Stillwater Spirits – Petaluma, CA Operating out of Petaluma since 2002, they are among the first craft distilleries in the area. Utilizing local products to make our products we wholly believe in keeping local business alive.
Alley 6 – Healdsburg, Ca The distillery produces premium spirits in small batches using traditional distilling techniques. Every part of the process is done right here at the distillery in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California—from milling the grain to mashing, fermenting, distilling, barreling, and bottling.
Argonaut Brandy – California An expertly crafted brandy as rich, vibrant, and inventive as the state where it’s made.
