Hanson of Sonoma Distillery – Sonoma, Ca Hanson of Sonoma is a small-batch family-owned and operated distillery that has been making grape-based vodka made with organic ingredients since 2015. First producing of a certified non-GMO spirit in the US. Hanson of Sonoma’s line of organic vodkas includes Original, Cucumber, Mandarin, Habañero, and Meyer Lemon, plus seasonal flavors including Ginger, Boysenberry, Espresso and Pink Grapefruit.
Griffo Distillery – Petaluma, Ca A family-run operation with an emphasis on high quality, California-grown ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship. From formal analysis to custom still controls of our own design, we infuse every step of the spirit-making process with ingenuity and precision—merging craft and science to create spirits that are both beautiful and complex.

Charbay Distillery – Ukiah, Ca A family of early pioneers in the modern American artisan distillery movement and represent 13 generations of Master Distillers.
Barber Lee Spirits – Petaluma, Ca A family run distillery dedicated to the art of distilling. We use the best heirloom corn, malted grain, and organic herbs to make our traditional and hand crafted spirits.
Sonoma Brothers Distilling – Windsor, Ca A artisan craft distillery located in Sonoma County. Tasting with Sonoma Brothers is more than just a tasting, it’s an experience.
Spirit Works Distillery – Sebastopol, Ca Like their unique Sloe Gin, husband and wife team, Timo and Ashby Marshall bring a combination of traditional British legacy and innovative West Coast style to Spirit Works Distillery.
Humboldt Distillery – Fortuna, Ca Aiming to capture the spirit of California in its natural state. Surrounded by the beautiful undeveloped coastline and old-growth redwood forests, Humboldt Distillery is mindful of its environmental impact. Prioritizing organic ingredients and production methods because it is better for the environment, along with supporting efforts that preserve the coast and waterways throughout California for future generations.
Alley 6 – Healdsburg, Ca The distillery produces premium spirits in small batches using traditional distilling techniques. Every part of the process is done right here at the distillery in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California—from milling the grain, to mashing, fermenting, distilling, barreling, and bottling.
New Alchemy Distilling – El Dorado Hills, Ca A family-owned distillery, has been making small-batch spirits of exceptional quality using local ingredients since 2012. Distilled, tasted, and bottled in-house.
123 Organic Tequila, El Luchador Tequila, and Craneo Organic Mezcal – Jalisco & Oaxaca, Mexico Representing Founder and Tequilero David Ravandi’s devotion to creating agave spirits that express terroir, complexity, and delicate floral aromas. From the moment the agave matures at the USDA and EU-certified organic estates, 123 Organic Tequila, El Luchador Tequila, and Craneo Organic Mezcal rely on local master artisans and Ravandi’s acute attention to detail during every stage of production.
Prohibition Pops – Napa, Ca Frozen goodies for grown-ups. Prohibition Pops are made with natural ingredients, and a dash of real alcohol, and are perfect to enjoy anywhere.
Daylight Wine & Spirits – Sonoma, Ca Combining traditional practices and innovative, unique techniques to deftly create wines and spirits that are both true to their source and uniquely Daylight Wines & Spirits. Stop by their booth to try Ammunition Whiskey.
Alamere Spirits – Marin County, Ca Marin County’s latest Distillery, Alamere Spirits, named after Alamere Falls, a beautiful tidefall, produces beautiful Award-Winning Vodka & Gin.
Young & Yonder – Healdsburg, Ca A family-owned and operated craft distillery, Young & Yonder Spirits was founded by husband and wife team Josh and Sarah Opatz. The name Young & Yonder represents Josh and Sarah’s entrepreneurial journey of leaving their careers and lives in San Francisco to move to the small town of Healdsburg to start a distillery and follow their passion of creating distilled spirits.
Sonoma Distilling Co. – Rohnert Park, Ca Since its inception, the focus is on handcrafting small batch-produced whiskey, from grain-to-glass, using old-school style stills to create whiskeys that are authentic and unpretentious, steeped in traditional values, but fueled by the evolved needs of the modern palate.
Great Women Spirits – Napa Valley, Ca The Family Coppola are lovers not only of wine, but spirits as well. In fact, when the family gathers, the custom is to have a cocktail, or two, before dinner. They hope to bring even more joy to cocktail enthusiasts everywhere by crafting a collection of spirits as unique and remarkable as the women they honor. All of our spirits are crafted in a style that reflects the individual character of these trailblazers, and are proofed with pristine water from our Napa Valley Estate.
Redwood Empire Whiskey – Graton, Ca Drink Among the Giants – The Northern California Coast is a unique place, one of the few in the world where giant redwood trees grow. A place of inspiration and renewal. This same cool climate makes it a perfect place to produce sublime whiskey. Aging barrels here allows for a slow and even extraction of flavor, producing a whiskey of exceptional balance and complexity. Taste what our Redwood Empire inspires.
Elk Fence – Santa Rosa, Ca Santa Rosa’s first and only distillery. Scott Woodson and Gail Coppinger have been in production for about 2 years, distilling Vodka, Botanical Gin, and Single Malt Whiskey. All grain-based, we use local ingredients in our mash and botanical bill whenever possible and take pride in our delicious clean spirits that are distilled and bottled at the Santa Rosa distillery.
Jaxon Keys – Hopland, Ca Producing three individual, single vineyard estate spirits. They range in age from 5 to 25 year aged in barrel and have won numerous awards while up against the finest Brandy and Cognac in the world. The highly respected American Distilling Institute’s Annual Judging of Artisan American Spirits has awarded their brandy the gold medal every year since 2009. We can arrange a private tasting for true brandy lovers.
Rapscallion Spirits – Ukiah, Ca The distilled result of nonconformity, unmatched flavor found in familiar contradictions where revolution collides with purpose.
Midtown Spirits – Sacramento, Ca Midtown Spirits opened in Nov. 2020 as the first distillery in the city of Sacramento since prohibition. We pride ourselves in creating quality spirits and unique flavor profiles. Currently producing Vodka, Naturally Infused Vodka, Gins, and Liqueurs. Sabbatical – Victoria Island, Ca An award-winning craft distillery located on Victoria Island Farms in the California Bay Delta.
